In accordance with art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003, art. 13 and 14 UE regulation n. 2016/679:

The information provided below describe, as required by the EU Regulation 2016/679 and D.Lgs. 196/2003 of the Italian Law, the processing operations performed on the personal data of the users visiting and using the Sportlinx360 (hereinafter, the "Sportlinx360") website.

Data controller
The person in charge with the task of data controller is Jesica Umansky, born in Buenos Aires (Argentina), on 20 January 1982, residing in Roma, via Rivisondoli 41, P.IVA 12393541003

Data collected
All personal data collected is for business and administration purposes. Other uses are expressly requested and must be authorized by the holder.

Data proccessing and storage
Data provided is processed pursuant to art. 32/29 of GDPR 2016/679 (European regulation) and attach B of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (artt. 33-36 Italian Law about Privacy). Personal data will be kept for as long as needed, for the purpose they are being processed for.

Data sharing
All data provided will not be shared with anyone without the holder's explicit permission, except for legal uses requested by public authorities.

Data transfering
Data recorded will not be transfered or shared with any other European Union country or entity. In case of need, the transfer must be authorized by the holder.

Special categories of personal data
Certain categories of personal data, such as race, ethnicity, religion, health, sexuality or biometric data are classified as “special categories of data” and benefit from additional protection under the European data protection legislation. We only collect and use this personal data where you have provided us with your consent for us to do so.

Automated process
We do not use any automatic system for collecting and recording datas.

Data subjects' rights
According to art. 7 del D.Lgs. 196/2003 and art. 15 to 22 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679, you can exercise your rights anytime.
a) The right to be informed: request subscription confirmation of personal datas;
b) The right to access and rectification: You have the right to access, correct or update your personal data at any time;
c) The right to be forgotten: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that your data is deleted. If you wish to delete the personal data we hold about you, please let us know and we will take the appropriate steps to respond to your request in accordance with legal requirements. If the personal data we collect is no longer needed for any purposes and we are not required by law to retain it, we will do what we can to delete, destroy or permanently de-identify it;
d) The right to restrict processing: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data;
e) The right to data portability: The personal data you have provided us with is portable. This means it can be moved, copied or transmitted electronically under certain circumstances;

i) The right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint directly with any local Supervisory Authority about how we process your personal data.
